A SynComm Real Estate And Management Company started in 1990 as a small company primarily managing and selling condominiums, thus the name SynComm short for Synergistic Communities, the underlying premise of condominium.  We have grown steadily and have become a “full service” real estate company active in the purchase and sale of residential homes and condominiums, commercial properties, investment properties, vacant or bare land and have recently engaged in business brokerage.  Further, we provide total condominium association management services and rental management of individual condominium units and homes for their respective owners in New Smyrna, Maitland and Winter Park locations.
